Boise Bros Detailing is a mobile auto detailing business based in Boise, Idaho. This policy explains what information we collect through boisebrosdetailing.com, why we collect it, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little. We do not sell your information.
What we collect
- Quote requests. When you use our quote form, we collect your name, email, phone number, vehicle year, make and model, the services you are interested in, and any message you write. We use it to reply, give you a price, and schedule your detail.
- Online booking. Our booking page uses Calendly. When you book, the details you enter (such as your name, email, phone, address for the appointment, and appointment time) are collected by Calendly and shared with us so we can show up at the right place and time.
- Blog emails. If you subscribe to our blog, we store your email address. We send a confirmation email first, and every email after that includes a link to unsubscribe.
- When you call, text, or email us. We receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us, and use it to answer you and do the work you ask for.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and whether someone tapped to call, requested a quote, or booked. IP anonymization is turned on. Google Analytics uses cookies. It does not tell us who you are.

We also publish two local car care guides, detailingboise.com and boiseceramiccoating.com. They share one Google Analytics account with this site, so a visit that starts on a guide and continues here is counted as one visit. Each guide has its own privacy page.
Services that help us run the site
We use a small number of providers who process information on our behalf:
- Vercel hosts the website and keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser, and pages requested) for security and reliability.
- Supabase stores quote requests and blog subscriptions.
- Resend sends quote confirmations, notifications to our team, and blog emails.
- Calendly runs online booking under its own privacy policy.
- Google provides Google Analytics.
We share information only with these providers, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and safety. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use advertising pixels.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits. Calendly may set its own cookies on the booking page. Our team’s admin sign-in keeps a session token in the browser’s local storage, and that only applies to staff. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on. The site works either way.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and booking details for as long as we need them to serve you and keep normal business records. Blog subscriptions stay until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
- Ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Unsubscribe from blog emails with the link in any email.
- Block cookies or opt out of Google Analytics as described above.

This site is meant for adults booking vehicle services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
