Why we always pair correction with ceramic coating
Because freshly corrected paint is bare and unprotected. Without a coating it starts collecting swirls again on the first brush wash.
Some shops sell "paint correction only" for a lower price. We used to get asked why we do not. The answer is that polishing removes the old wax or sealant along with the defects, leaving the clear coat completely exposed.
